Boffin is a lightweight control layer for AI coding agents. Before each edit, it feeds the agent only the architectural constraints relevant to the file being modified, preventing 15-line fixes from ballooning into 500-line renovations. Supports Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and other agents, with configurable strictness profiles. Solves the common problem: ask for a 1-line fix, get a full file rewrite.
