Episko is an open-source (MIT) desktop app for managing Claude Code sessions on macOS and Windows. Each session runs in its own terminal while a single dashboard shows project overviews, branches and worktrees, conversation history, and cost tracking. It aggregates token usage per project with 5-hour and 7-day spend predictions, ideal for developers running many Claude Code sessions across projects.
